Sanjay P. Patel, MD

Internal Medicine & Immigration Medical Exams (USCIS Civil Surgeon)

Dr. Sanjay P. Patel is the founder of the practice and has cared for families across the greater Chicago area for more than two decades. He specializes in internal medicine and is a USCIS-designated civil surgeon.

As a civil surgeon, Dr. Patel performs immigration medical examinations and completes Form I-693, and he sees patients for diabetes, hypertension, and the full range of internal medicine concerns.

He believes that taking the time to know each patient is central to good medicine, and his practice is known for attentive staff, easy scheduling, and evening and weekend hours. Outside the office, he is a devoted Chicago sports fan.

Dr. Ashish Patel is an internist and is among the very few lipidologists in Schaumburg, IL and the Greater Chicago region. As a practicing lipidologist at Horizon Medical Center, Dr. Patel specializes in diagnosing and treating high cholesterol and other cardiovascular-related conditions. Dr. Sarada Alla is a family primary physician at Horizon Medical Center in Schaumburg, IL. She has over 15 years of experience in treating a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions and is committed to providing the highest standard of care with a passionate, personalized approach.

Following the completion of her formal medical studies, Dr. Alla attended a three-year family practice residency program at Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital/Resurrection Health Care System in Chicago, IL. She blends her extensive education and impeccable skillset with a caring bedside manner to deliver state-of-the-art care to patients throughout the Greater Chicago area.

Known for her compassionate approach, she takes the time to listen to her patients, build meaningful relationships, and ensure they feel heard and supported. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, allowing her to provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population.
